Types of Events
Our signature IRL events bring job seekers and employers together to network in a fun, relaxed party vibe.
Gather events are for anyone who works in the outdoor industry - or wants to! And they’re free, because gatekeeping ain’t it.
Our IRL events attract between 100-600 people depending on the venue, and have helped outdoor brands like Cotopaxi, K2 Skis, Appalachian Mountain Club, Rivian, Rumpl, and LL Bean find awesome employees.

Gather events have been hosted from Portland, Oregon to Portland, Maine, with some events just for women & non-binary folks.
We work with trade shows, festivals, universities, HBCUs, outdoor alliances, governments, and outdoor brands to host welcoming spaces that balance comfort and growth.

These hour long sessions are free to join, and sponsored by outdoor brands who want to give back to the industry (and mebbe let everyone know they’re hiring).
