Having led teams to the highest peaks on every continent, including Mount Everest, he combines outdoor education with strong leadership principles. 

As a respected manager and business owner, he emphasizes course sustainability and client satisfaction. As a certified executive coach and team leadership consultant, Brian enhances decision-making and implements best practices that improve staff performance. His numerous certifications from respected organizations reflect his dedication to excellence and safety.

Renowned for inspiring peak performance, Brian fosters strong connections in all his interactions. Originally based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, he now calls Bend, Oregon, home. There, alongside his wife, newborn son, and loyal cattle dog, he cherishes the unparalleled access to local mountains, crags, rivers, and trails nurturing his enduring passion for the outdoors.
